Let the tea break look like a tea break
UNITEA’s transparent pot makes the infusion visible: the colour of the water, the leaves and the slow change while you wait. That is the pleasure of this choice, not a claim that a clear vessel improves every tea. It suits someone who likes a deliberate small pause and already enjoys loose-leaf tea. It is less useful as an ornament nobody intends to wash.

Understand the capacity labels
The selected 8363 is named as the four-hundred-and-fifty-millilitre teapot. KINTO’s specification also lists approximately five hundred millilitres of overall capacity. Do not treat a brimful measurement as a safe brewing volume: leaves, the strainer and room to pour need space. Compare the intended fill with the mugs you actually use rather than assuming a fixed number of servings.

Check the strainer style
This selection is the glass version, not the separate stainless-strainer or one-touch UNITEA model. The transparent components are part of its visual appeal. Very small leaf fragments may behave differently from larger leaves, and we have not independently tested filtration or pouring. Choose tea and an infusion method suited to the supplied parts rather than expecting a universally fine filter.
Heat-resistant does not mean indestructible
The maker warns against sudden temperature changes and heating without water. This is not a stove kettle: its limited direct-fire instruction refers only to a tea-light candle, not a hob burner. Follow the supplied care instructions, wash gently and avoid abrasive cleaners. Do not set hot glass on a wet surface or add cold liquid to it while hot.
Keep the setup small
The pot is approximately one hundred and thirty-eight millimetres wide including the handle. Give it a stable resting place away from a crowded desk edge. Cups, trays and scene accessories are not included with the teapot selection. We have not tested durability or handling comfort. Choose it when a visible, compact infusion is the point of the purchase; choose a tougher or larger vessel when transport or group serving matters more.
