Let the memory leave the drawer
Some shirts are kept for a story rather than another season of wear: a first concert, a favourite team or a trip that became a turning point. T-Frame gives that memory a shirt-shaped place on the wall. The outline keeps the object recognisable, which can feel more personal than trimming a photograph into a standard rectangle. The frame includes no shirt, signature or souvenir.

Measure what you want to see
Choose the graphic first. A shirt can fit the folded outline while its most important lettering disappears around an edge. Lay it flat, measure the design and compare it with the selected Small frame. Umbra gives approximate outer dimensions around twenty-one-and-a-half by nineteen-and-three-quarter inches, while the gallery diagram rounds the outer size to twenty-two by twenty inches. Confirm exact seller dimensions; neither figure is guaranteed usable graphic space. Do not use an adult clothing size as a substitute for measuring the actual print.

Folding is a decision, not just a step
A supplied template helps align the fabric inside the case. Consider whether you are happy for that shirt to remain folded and on display rather than available to wear. Thick seams, heavy embroidery and unusual cuts may make the result harder to position. Follow the maker’s fitting instructions and check the seller’s exact frame dimensions when the desired fit is close.

Display protection has limits
The acrylic cover provides a barrier between the fabric and the room, but we have not established archival materials, a UV-blocking specification or museum-grade conservation. Keep irreplaceable signed memorabilia out of harsh sunlight and get appropriate preservation advice before folding it into a decorative frame. Shatter-resistant acrylic is not a promise that the assembled case cannot be damaged.
Choose the wall as thoughtfully as the shirt
This guide selects Small Black rather than the Medium version. Make a paper outline, stand back and check whether the display suits the wall and your viewing distance. Use fixings appropriate to the wall and the installed weight. For an ordinary sentimental tee, it can be an appealing way to share a story; for a large graphic or valuable textile, a different display method may respect the object better.
