A tech pouch can keep cables together and still leave you fishing for the one you need. Bellroy’s Desk Caddy changes the access: the front folds down, turning the packed organiser into a small display of your working essentials. That is a useful distinction if you move between desks rather than staying at one.
Imagine the first five minutes at a new desk
Where do the charger, earbuds, spare cable and little adapter go? The photographs show a divider, elastic loops and flexible space, with the front lowered so the contents remain visible. You can take something out without unpacking the whole pouch into a new pile.

The caddy stands upright when suitably filled. It is not a rigid box, and the demonstration load does not prove your unusually large laptop brick will fit. Put your own essentials together first, then compare them with the approximately 24 by 15 by 8 cm exterior.

Portable organisation still needs restraint
The angled zipper and soft-sided shape make the transition from desk to bag straightforward. However, overfilling can make the pouch awkward to close and less stable to stand. If you mainly carry one charger and a short lead, a simpler pouch may already solve the problem.

Nor is this waterproof protection for electronics. Water-resistant fabric is not a sealed enclosure, and the photographed devices are not supplied with the caddy. Do not turn a neat setup photograph into an assumed bundle.

Buy it for access, not just storage
The black Desk Caddy is most persuasive for hot desks, shared tables and travel accommodation where you regularly set up and pack away. Its distinctive benefit is being able to see and reach the organised contents. If your pouch rarely leaves the backpack, that premium feature may go unused. We have not loaded the caddy; this guidance is based on its published design and gallery.
