A tidy desk can still have a small electrical jungle underneath it: a power strip, spare cable length and plugs facing in every direction. The white Bluelounge CableBox gives that cluster a plain, lidded home. It is a visual clean-up tool, not an electrical upgrade, and the best reason to buy it is a cable pile you can see every day.
Measure the strip—and the space around it
The full-size box measures approximately 16 by 6.25 by 5.25 inches externally. It is not a tiny desktop tray. The maker specifies room for a grounded UL-approved power strip up to 15 by 5.25 by 2.5 inches, but bulky plugs and adapters also need space.
Check the complete plugged-in arrangement, not just the strip’s bare dimensions. Two openings route cables out of the ends. Plan a position where the lid can be removed and the strip’s switch remains accessible when needed, without stretching the leads.

A lid does not solve electrical problems
The manufacturer describes flame-retardant plastic. That does not mean fireproof, childproof or safe under every load. Follow the power strip and appliance instructions, preserve appropriate airflow and never use a box to conceal damaged wiring, overheating equipment or overloaded sockets.
The gallery’s loaded examples explain the layout. The strip, chargers, furniture and electronics are not included. Black examples show the alternative finish; this purchase link selects White. A floor position may look calmer, but still think about spills, access and cables across walking routes.

When the clean-up is worth it
Choose CableBox if a compatible power strip and a few loose leads are the main thing spoiling an otherwise organized room. Skip it if an under-desk tray already solves the issue, or if your equipment instructions make enclosed storage unsuitable.
Give each lead enough slack, label the plugs if that helps, and remove unnecessary cables before adding the lid. The most satisfying result is less visual noise with the same easy access—not a neat-looking box full of an even harder-to-manage tangle.
