One shirt is folded wide, the next narrow, and the stack leans before it reaches the shelf. Brabantia’s Calm Green folding board supplies a consistent guide for that everyday task, without becoming a large gadget you need to store beside the laundry.
It is a guide, not a folding machine
The 148989 is a single rigid board with a hanging hook and instructions on both faces. You still fold the garment by hand around the guide, then remove it. It does not have hinged wings that automatically flip a T-shirt into shape. Make sure that is the tool you want.

The demonstration pictures show where the board sits while a shirt is folded. This is more useful than a promise of perfectly crease-free clothes: fabric type, seams, garment size and your technique still affect the result.

Try the fold size against the shelf
The board is approximately 38.2 by 21.3 cm, including its hook, and only around half a centimeter thick. Look at the resulting folded width rather than imagining the entire board as a storage box. A very narrow drawer or bulky knitwear may call for a different folding method.

The hanging hook helps keep the guide near a wardrobe rail. Put it where the folding actually happens; a tidy aid stored in another room can quickly become an unused aid.

A small ritual, not more possessions for their own sake
Choose the board if uniform piles feel satisfying and you fold similar shirts repeatedly. A simple piece of suitable cardboard can help you test whether a guide improves your routine before committing to a purpose-made version. Skip it if you mainly hang clothes or already like your folding method.

Our link selects Calm Green. Regional official stores do not all show this finish in stock, so confirm the selected color and local availability before ordering. We have not tested it with different fabrics, and it cannot promise to remove existing wrinkles. Its value is a repeatable shape and a convenient place to hang the guide afterward.
